Move from a place of understanding & personal power and learn to apply diversity theory in practice as an actor, teacher, creative, 'artivist', or producer whilst working in your genius zone.

Standing Tall ®
Whether it’s a pitch at work or a piece of poetry, this empowerment workshop focuses on how you can both retain and enliven political text, work presentations and song with ease and conviction.
Session focuses on learning to apply a sense of individuality, playfulness in body and mind and bold energy in our work as practitioners.
